4 Month Milestones

Klaus can do everything in bold font.

Mastered Skills (most kids can do)
- Holds head up steadily.
- Can bear weight on legs.
- Coos when you talk to him.

Emerging Skills (half of kids can do)
- Can grasp a toy.
- Reaches out for objects.
- Can roll over.

Advanced Skills (a few kids can do)
- Imitates speech sounds — baba, dada.
- May cut first tooth.
- May be ready for solids.

He weighs a little over 13 pounds.
Everything is going well :)

Big Boy

Sorry about being gone so long. I spilled a glass of water on the keyboard and it has only now dried up!

Please let me know in a note on this entry if you would like June's pictures sent to a Walgreens near you. I'm going to upload the rest of them and do it next weekend.. let me know which Walgreens you want them at. Pickup is under my name.

My mom was here for almost three weeks. We had a lot of fun! Klaus has grown so much.. he was 13 pounds even when we went to the pediatrician last week for a rash he had. Huge! We love him so much.

He's standing now, just holding our fingers. He's awake most of the day and still naps in his swing. He loves to watch us eat, he is so interested in this "eating" thing!

My birthday is tomorrow and we are just going to stay at home. Diesel is $5 a gallon here, woof.
